Your account and appointments

Your account records include your name, email address and a protected password record. We use the car details, service, preferred appointment and notes you provide to discuss the work and manage your visit. Please keep your notes relevant to your car and avoid sending sensitive personal information.

Your account shows your own appointments. Authorised staff can access the information needed to organise the work. Appointment requests and confirmed visits are clearly distinguished.

Essential cookies

Signing in uses an essential session cookie to keep your account secure. Signing out ends that session. Optional homepage analytics cookies load only with your consent. We do not use advertising trackers.

Contact and email

Email verification, automatic password recovery and appointment emails are not yet connected. Follow appointment requests in your account. Contact MaxValet by phone if you need help with account access; an on-screen appointment receipt does not mean an email was sent.

The separate SMS enquiry builder prepares a message on your device. Opening the messaging app lets you decide whether to send it; normal messaging charges may apply.

The quick-answer helper

The helper uses prepared answers. It does not send your questions to an AI service or save the conversation to your account. Its replies guide you to booking or contact when you need individual advice.

Hosting and your requests

Cloudflare hosts this website and stores the account and appointment records used to run the service. Cloudflare may process technical request information to deliver and protect the website. MaxValet uses your account and appointment information to organise your visit and respond to your requests.

Optional analytics cookies

Last updated 23 October 2026. With your consent, MaxValet uses Google Analytics 4 to understand visits to the public homepage and broad sources of visits. Google may process online identifiers and usage information and set _ga and _ga_* cookies. We load Analytics only after you accept. We do not send your account, appointment records, enquiry text, email address or phone number to Analytics. The customer portal and API routes are excluded; URL query strings and fragments are omitted from the page details sent by this implementation.
